Admission Procedure

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

The school Academic Session is from April to March. The admission can be granted during the session subject to availability of seats.

LIST OF DOCUMENT REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

  • A birth certificate as a proof of age from a Civic body.
  • Education/Qualification (Degree/Diploma/Certificates of Parents)
  • Residence Proof.(Voter Card/ Ration Card / Passport)
  • Three Passport Size photographs of the child, mother and father.

Fees will be charged in three instalments.First instalment (Annual Charges and  Admission Fee)at the time of admission in April, Second Instalment in May, Third Instalment in November.

The School Diary a comprehensive guide to the school practices & regulations with details regarding school dress, annual calendar activities etc.is given to each child.

*LIST OF DOCUMENT REQUIRED  IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL

One month notice in writing is required to withdraw the child from the school. In Case of withdrawal of the child in midsession, the security shall be refunded on the pro-rata basis for the remaining period. The fee for the full Calendar month will have to be paid in which the withdrawal is requested for.

However the following will not be refunded:

  • 1. Registration Fee
  • 2. Admission Fee
